Next (General Public) Chapter Meeting:
International Surfing Day celebration at Moonlight Beach in Encinitas from 7am til Noon!
SurfriderSD will be at Moonlight Beach in Encinitas from 7am till Noon this Saturday. Join us early for a surf session to enjoy the big day and/or swing by between 8 and 11am to help with a beach cleanup. Food and drink for everyone, bring the whole family. Moonlight Beach is located at the end of Encinitas Blvd. in Encinitas. Look for the Surfrider tent by the end of Cottonwood Creek.
Special beach cleanup prizes and CHALLENGES for this event along with SD County Fair tickets to the first 200 beach cleanup volunteers. Maybe YOU will find the most unique piece of trash and win. June 20th is the summer solstice and longest day of the year so join us at Moonlight Beach to celebrate!
There will also be a Core Volunteer Training at Forum Hall in UTC this month on Wednesday June 17th at 7pm. Contact Bill to rsvp and for more details.

Forum Hall is right there, on that southeast corner, above Wells Fargo Bank. You can park in the lot or on La Jolla Village Drive.
From the 805, north or south:
Get off on the La Jolla Village Drive exit, and go west.
UTC is the big mall on the southeast corner just before Genesee Avenue.
Forum Hall is right there, on that southeast corner, above Wells Fargo Bank. You can park in the lot or on La Jolla Village Drive.
Forum Hall is located above the Wells Fargo branch and near the Nordstrom's store, approximately where the red star is on the map above.

Get off on the La Jolla Parkway exit, and go west.
This road will turn into Torrey Pines Blvd.
Follow Torrey Pines until it T's into Girard Avenue, and turn Left onto Girard.
At the first light, turn Right onto Pearl Street.
At the first light, turn Right onto Fay Avenue.
Our office is on the 5th Floor of the Gaines Investment Trust building on your left hand side, right across the street from the Vons Grocery store.
